In the Listings page, there are three different ways that you can manage the view and organization to find specific listings more easily.

See below to learn about the three tools:

  • Modifying columns
  • Filtering
  • Sorting

Modifying columns

Managing the columns in the listings view allows you to choose and display the columns that you wish to see, remove the ones that you do not need, and rearrange to show the important columns first.

To get started, click on the column chooser icon at the top right corner of the page:

Clicking on the column chooser icon will present you with the option to manually customize the view, or to choose from two existing presets.
 

The available presets are "All" and "Basic":

  • All - This add all available columns to show in the view.
  • Basic - This will add only the basic columns (Asin1, Item name, Listing id, Open date, Price, Quantity, SKU, and Status).

 
Manual column selection:

If you wish to manually select the columns in the view, click on "Modify Columns".

In the pop-up that appears, select or deselect the columns under the available columns on the left side. Adding a check-mark beside a certain column will then add that column to the visible columns on the right side.

On the right side, under visible columns, you will also be able to change the order of the columns. The column at the top of the list will appear first (on the far left of the listing page view), and the last one will appear last (on the far right of the listings page view).

Once you are happy with your selection, click "APPLY" to save the changes and update your listings page view.

Filtering

Filtering allows you to condense the listings view based on specific product information. Any listings that do not match the select filter will be removed from view, so that you can focus on the specific listings that interest you.

To get started, click on the filter icon at the top right corner of the page:

Once you click on the filter icon, a menu with all the attribute options will appear. Click on the attribute that you would like to filter by, set the requirements, and click "APPLY". 

You can also add multiple filters by clicking "+ ADD FILTER" at the top left:

To remove the filters, click the "x" for each one of them:

Sorting

Sorting allows you to change the order of the displayed listings by ascending or descending alphabetical and numerical values.

To get started, simply click on the column header of the attribute that you wish to sort by:

To switch between ascending and descending order, simply click on the header again. The sorting arrow indicator will change direction:
