How to filter products in the Products Catalog

Learn how to filter through your products in the Products Catalog

As you build your Products Catalog, you will find that you want to filter through all the products to find the ones you are looking for.

To do that, simply use the filter icon at the top right corner of the page:

Once you click the filter icon, you will be able to choose to filter by any of the available fields (eg. Brand, Category, Color, Condition, Quantity, etc.).

In this example below, we chose to filter by "Brand" and looked for any products where the Brand field contains the word "Apparel":

When you choose a field to filter by, you will have different options to choose from based on whether it is a:

Text field (eg. Brand):

OR

Numerical field (eg. Quantity):

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY FILTER WAS APPLIED?

Once a filter has been applied, you will see the filter icon on the right side turn green, and a filter icon will also appear on the right side with the number of results and the filter information in a green bubble beside it:

CAN I APPLY MORE THAN ONE FILTER AT A TIME?

Yes, you can! To apply additional filters, click "+ MORE FILTERS" at the top of the products list:

HOW DO I REMOVE A FILTER?

To remove a filter, click on the "x" button corresponding to the filter you wish to remove:
