Once the "footer removal" feature is enabled, the CrazyLister logo will be removed from your listing within 12 hours.
If after 12 hours of enabling the feature, you still see the footer on your listings try to clear your browser's cache (CTRL+F5 on Windows). If this the footer is still there, please contact support (click on the icon at the bottom right corner of your screen) and we'll be happy to help!

Q: I enabled and disabled the footer remover because I thought it would remove it, but I was charged twice, how do I get my money back?
A: Please contact customer support by clicking the icon in the bottom right corner of your screen and we'll be happy to help! Make sure that you only enable the feature once.
