We are aware of this and unfortunately this seems to be an issue on eBay's end and their mobile app. We've had other users reach out to this regarding this issue and made sure our tech team checked our software to make sure the issue isn't on our end.
You can see in this link that other eBay sellers (unrelated to CrazyLister) are having the same complaints.

To be sure your video is working properly on your template, you can open the listing in your mobile browser (not the eBay app) and you will see that the video successfully opens after clicking it.
