What does it mean?

This error message is coming from eBay:

Validation of the authentication token in API request failed.

It means that the connection between CrazyLister and your eBay account had expired and eBay is requesting that you renew the connection.

What needs to be done?

You must renew the eBay token for the relevant eBay account in order to be able to continue working again.

Here's how -

  1. Click on the gear icon at the bottom of the left-side menu panel in CrazyLister.

  2. In the new page, select "eBay Accounts" from the options menu.

  3. Finally, next to the relevant eBay User ID, click on the green "NEW TOKEN" text and login with your eBay credentials -

That's it! You can now go back to working with CrazyLister as usual. :)
