Learn how to sync eBay account after changing a username or password

If you changed your eBay account's details (eg. the email, password or username) here's what could happen and what you need to do.

What could happen?

If certain account information is changed, then the authorization token that connects your eBay account with CrazyLister expires. The listings associated may then stop showing your templates, and you will not be able to create or edit listings.

You will likely see this error message appear in CrazyLister:

How to fix this?

In order to update the eBay account's username, you will need to update the eBay account's token in CrazyLister. Please follow this article for the exact step-by-step instructions on how to do so:
