If you changed your eBay username (eBay seller ID) here's what could happen and what you need to do.
What could happen?
Since CrazyLister is connected to the old username, CrazyLister is not aware of the new username, and thus the listings that are associated to it. The listings associated may then stop showing your templates.
In addition, you may see the following error message when trying to "Sync from eBay":
How to fix this?
In order to update the eBay account's username, you will need to disconnect the eBay account and reconnect it again afterwards:
And not to worry - as long as you reconnect your eBay account again, your templates and active listings will not be affected. :)
Note: If you have unpublished drafts saved on your account, those WILL disappear after disconnecting and reconnecting. Please make sure to save their content to your computer first so that you can recreate the drafts again later.
