The eBay Business Policies is a system used to streamline the listing process, allowing you to create preset payment, shipping and return policies that you repeatedly use on your listings.

With business policies, you can:

     ✔ Streamline new listing creation
✔ Edit and update all your listings at once
✔ Reassign your policies to listings in bulk

Once you have set up your policies, you will be able to select them from a drop-down menu, rather than manually filling in each listing with its policies.

To get started, please opt-in via the relevant eBay country site:

It’s important that you manage your policies in to the correct country site where you wish to publish your listings. For example, if you want to publish your listing on eBay US, make sure that the URL you are on is “...bizpolicy.ebay.com/…”, while eBay UK will be “...bizpolicy.ebay.co.uk/…”, etc..

Once you've opted-in to eBay Business Policies, these set policies will be available for you to chose from in CrazyLister when editing your listings. Click here for instructions on how you can edit your listing.

Note: eBay business policies are country specific. If you created a policy
in eBay USA, you will only see that policy when publishing to eBay USA.

First time selling on eBay?

If you did not sell on eBay previously, you will have to start by creating your 3 basic policies: Payment, Shipping (postage), and Returns. Simply click on "Create policy" and choose which policy you wish to get started with:

Note: Please allow 24 hours for your policies to appear in CrazyLister
after you created them in eBay.
