What does it mean?
In some cases, eBay requires a Package type to be entered and without it, you will not be able to publish your listings.
What needs to be done?
To resolve this, please make sure to select a Package Type in the Publish Setup page by clicking on "Edit column" > "Single value":
If you are not sure which option to select, you can choose "Letter" - this is the default one used by eBay.
Once you've selected the package type, you can then publish again by clicking the green "Continue" button at the bottom right corner of the page. :)
