What does this error message mean?

This error message is coming from eBay and may appear when you try to publish or revise listings. There are various reasons why an eBay account may be limited (eg. if you are a new seller or have low feedback) - essentially ensuring that sellers are comfortable and able to meet customer demands:

 

What needs to be done?

The first step is to learn more about selling limits - click on the button below to see eBay's article on the topic:


In the article, you will also see a blue button to request a selling limit increase. You can click that to reach out to eBay and should your limit increase request be attended, then you would be able to revise and list more listings again :)
