Enabling Inventory Sync

To get started with Inventory Sync, you will need to enable it under the "Plan & Billing" page of your account:

Once enabled, you will then also need to enable it for each individual seller account that you wish the sync to apply to.

The quantities set on the products in CrazyLister will then immediately apply to the associated live listings, and any orders placed on those live listings from that point onward will sync into CrazyLister, continuously updating the inventory across all associated products for the enabled seller accounts.

Let's get started:

  1. At the bottom of the left-side menu panel, click on the Settings (⚙️).

  2. Next, in the secondary menu that appears on the left, you will see "eBay Accounts" and "Amazon Accounts". Start with either one.

  3. Now, click the eBay / Amazon account name to display more options.

  4. Under "Inventory", click on the toggle to enable Stock Sync for that specific account.

  5. In the confirmation dialogue that appears, please carefully review the information and click "ENABLE SYNC" to continue. The toggle will turn green.

  6. Repeat the same for any other eBay or Amazon accounts that you'd like to sync with your inventory in CrazyLister.

Disabling Inventory Sync

When the inventory sync is disabled, automatic quantity updates via CrazyLister will seize, and any newly placed orders will no longer affect associated listings.

To turn Inventory Sync off, please follow the steps below:

  4. Under "Inventory", click on the toggle to disable Stock Sync for that specific account. The toggle will be gray.

  5. Repeat the same for any other relevant eBay or Amazon accounts.
