What does this error message mean?

This error message is coming up because a certain SKU is being used more than once, and this could mean one or both of the following: . This could be any combination of the following:

  • One or more variations use the same SKU
  • One or more variations use the same SKU as that of the parent listing¬†

 

What needs to be done?

In order to resolve this issue, simply change the parent SKU or the variation SKU, and ensure that the SKU doesn't repeat more than once anywhere in the listing.

Ex. If the SKU/Custom Label field of the listing is "TS445" and one of the variations is also "TS445", then make sure to change the SKU on the variation to something else (eg. TS445-A):
