Are you receiving the following error when trying to connect your Amazon account?
Let's resolve it -
1) Please try changing the browser, eg. if you are using Chrome, try using Firefox or Edge instead. You will be able to return to your default browser after connecting the account.
2) If switching browsers did not help, please try using an incognito window. To do this on the Chrome browser, click the menu icon at the top right corner of the browser, then select "New incognito window" from the drop-down menu:
