Uploading PNG format images with transparent backgrounds is certainly possible and help design a unique template that stands out.

If you are using a PNG image with a transparent background, please make sure that it is saved under 1MB in size. Image files over 1MB in size will be automatically compressed by the system and thus the transparency will be lost. When the transparency is lost, it will be filled in with black.

Should you still have any trouble after reducing the image file size, feel free to reach out in the chat so we can provide further assistance!

If you have any more questions, you can search our Help Center or, click on the chat tool in the bottom right corner and we'll be happy to help!
