NOTE: eBay's restriction on contact information is bundled up into this policy as well. If you receive a notification from eBay saying your listings have contact information, this could very well be non compliant links.
Starting from September 2017 eBay will only permit links to the following domains -
eBay pages
Product videos (reviews, product demonstration or installation)
Freight shipping services
Other legally required information
In case your listings contain links to the above authorized domains, you need to make sure these links comply with two technological requirements -
Links must include a target attribute -
Include a target=”_blank” attribute.Links must lead to an HTTPS address (not HTTP)
