eBay has created "Business Policies" which automatically recognizes a combination of payment, shipping and return policies that you repeatedly use on your listings. eBay will collect this data and create sort of "sets" of policies for you to chose from. You can also create your own "sets".

With business policies, you can:

     ✔ Streamline new listing creation
✔ Edit and update all your listings at once
✔ Reassign your policies to listings in bulk

This will allow you to select from a list of sets which auto-populates the policies into your listings, rather than manually filling in each listing with its policies.

Make sure to opt in to this free service here -

It’s important that you also manage your policies in to the correct country site where you wish to publish your listings. For example, if you want to publish your listing on eBay US, make sure that on the URL you are on “...bizpolicy.ebay.com/…”, eBay UK will be “...bizpolicy.ebay.co.uk/…”, etc..

Once you Opt-in to eBay Business Policies, these set policies will be available for you to chose from in CrazyLister when editing your listings. Click here for instructions on how you can edit your listing's policies.

If you did not sell on eBay previously -- you will have to create 3 basic policies -- postage (shipping), returns and payment.

Click on Create policy and choose which policy you wish to get started with!

Note: eBay business policies are country specific. If you created a policy in eBay USA, you will only see that policy when publishing to eBay USA.

Note: Please allow 24 hours for your policies to appear in CrazyLister after you created them in eBay .
