CrazyLister has different plans available for users to choose from so that you can decide which package is the best fit for your needs. 

Each plan has its own price, amount of listings you can manage, and amount of eBay accounts you can connect to your CrazyLister account. Plans can be paid monthly or annually. 

Q: What does "managed listing" mean?
A: Managing listings means to apply templates to listings. You can create as many templates as you want, but each plan is limited by a certain amount listings you can apply templates to. 

Q: I paid again this month and only applied a template to one listing. Why is CrazyLister telling me I can't apply a template to a listing?
A: The subscription plans do not re-new the amount of listings each month. If you chose a plan with 100 listings, you have 100 listings to manage in total, not per-month. If you are looking to manage more listings, I suggest you take a look at the other subscription plans to see if another plan fits your needs. 

Q: I selected the $20.00/month plan and just got charged $25.00, why?
A: You have selected the monthly plan rather than the annual plan. Our annual plans come with a 20% discount. Plans that cost $25.00/month are discounted to $20.00/month paid annually.

Q: What does it mean to pay annually?
A: Paying annually means you make one payment for the whole year. This comes at a great advantage because it comes with a 20% discount. For example, the $25.00/month plan is discounted to $20.00/month which paid annual means multiplying by 12 (12 months a year) which comes to $240.00 annually rather than $300.00 monthly for the year.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept for your subscription plans?
