Unfortunately, the Cross Sell Gallery text is only available in English.
We are aware that many of our users sell in different languages and different countries. Providing Cross Sell Galleries in different languages is definitely something we've been notified about by our users and have added it to our development pipeline.
As a temporary workaround, you can add new text boxes including the text in the language you want and layer them on top the of the English text so that your buyers see the text in the language you want!
For example, here is how it looks like in German -
What we did here is insert a Headline with the correct text in the correct language and inserted it on top of the English text, like so -
