Once you've selected the products that you wish to publish live, you will need to fill in the information in the empty fields for each listing.
There are two ways to manage and modify the information in the fields:
1) Column editing:
Column editing allows you to bulk edit all the fields in a column. This is done by clicking on the "Edit column" button under the column title:
Once you've clicked on "Edit column", you then have 2 options:
a) Entering a single value
To enter a single value for all products, use this option - once you click "APPLY", it will set the single value you entered for the whole column, applying to all products:
b) Mapping values from product attributes
Should your products have different values for a specific attribute, the "Map from product attributes" option will allow you to quickly source the individual product values for each product in the column.
For example, this can be useful in the "Price" field. Simply select to map the product attribute (eg. "Price (USD)") and see how the column automatically populates with the individual price per product:
In addition, some fields may allow you to source the product attributes as a dependent field so that you can set a different eBay listing value per product attribute value.
For example, let's say you have different brands and each brand is shipped from a different country. In that case, you ca source the product attribute "Brand" and then set the country per brand:
💡 Did you know?
Once you publish your listings via the Publish Setup page, the column settings you've selected will be saved. This means that the next time you list products within the same eBay account under the same eBay category, you won't need to map the source for the fields again - it will automatically source the information for you!
2) Single Field editing:
Single Field editing is a manual way of editing a field. This is done by hovering on a field and then clicking the "pencil" icon that appears. Once clicked, you will have a pop-up open where you can enter or select a value.
Certain fields will allow you to enter a value of your own (eg. Zip Code), while other fields will have preset values for you to choose from (eg. Country):
