What does this error message mean?

This error message is coming from eBay and may appear when you try to apply a template to a listing. It means that your listing description is too long:

This can happen for various reasons - the most common cause is using "Sell Similar" on eBay to create the listings.

What needs to be done?

To resolve this, simply open up the "Edit Description" panel and clean up the description text. Leave just the relevant description text - see here to learn how to easily manage the description text of your listings:

Once the description has been cleaned up, simply reapply the template and you should be good to go! :)

Anything else that I should know?

If you did in fact use the "Sell Similar" feature on eBay, the best way to prevent this error from happening again, is to start duplicating your listings directly within the CrazyLister platform!
