To efficiently use CrazyLister to manage your business, it's important to know when to create or use Products and when to create or revise Listings. Products and Listings have different functions and are managed from separate pages within the platform.

Products are private data records of your items, and this means that they can only be accessed via CrazyLister and are only visible to you. Products are managed in the Products Catalog, and can be used for various actions, such as:

Listings are the public item pages of the items on your selling channels (eg. eBay, Amazon, etc). Listings are managed on the Listings Page of the relevant channel, per account:
