To request the cancellation, simply click on the orange support button at the bottom-right corner of the page, and ask the team to cancel your account. Once your request has been sent, please allow up to 24 hours for a support member to get back to you.

Some questions you might have

Q: What happens to my listings design if I cancel?

A: Your listings are NOT removed, they all stay live, the template will be removed automatically from your listings and the description will remain as plain black text.

Q: How do I remove the Crazylister templates from my live listings?

Q: I'm on trial -- do I need to cancel?
A: No need, you will not be charged! Simply let the trial end automatically. And should you wish to return in the future, simply log in with the same credentials and you'll be able to continue from where you left off.
