Once you've selected the products that you wish to publish live, you will need to fill in the information in the empty fields for each listing.

There are two ways to manage and modify the information in the fields:

1) Column editing:

Column editing allows you to bulk edit all the fields in a column. This is done by clicking on the "Choose source" button under the column title:

Once you've clicked on "Choose source", you then have 3 different options:

  1. Sourcing values from product attributes
  2. Entering a single value
  3. Selecting an empty value

a) Sourcing values from product attributes

This allows you to select a product attribute in order to quickly source information for the eBay attribute fields.

What this means is that the values of the selected product attribute source will fill in the eBay listings' fields within that column.

For example, this can be useful in the "Product Description" field. Simply select to source the product attribute "Description" and see how the description automatically populates the fields in the column:

In addition, some fields may allow you to source the product attributes as a dependent field so that you can set a different eBay listing value per product attribute value.

For example, in the country field, you can source the product attribute "Brand" and then set the country per brand:

💡 Did you know?
Once you publish your listings via the Publish Setup page, the source mapping you've selected will be saved. This means that the next time you list products within the same eBay account under the same eBay category, you won't need to map the source for the fields again - it will automatically source the information for you!

b) Entering a single value

You can also choose to enter a single value for the whole column:

c) Selecting an empty value

If you do not wish to enter information in the column, you can set the column to "empty":

2) Single Field editing:

Single Field editing is a manual way of editing a field. This is done by hovering on a field and then clicking the "pencil" icon that appears. Once clicked, you will have a pop-up open where you can enter or select a value.

Certain fields will allow you to enter a value of your own (eg. Zip Code):

Other fields will have preset values for you to choose from (eg. Material):
