If you are missing any eBay products after running an "Import from eBay" in the Products Catalog, it is typically for one of the following reasons below:

  1. Your eBay account's token is expired. If that's the case, please see this article on how to renew it: https://support.crazylister.com/en/articles/1320775-how-to-renew-your-ebay-token

  2. Your listings contain variations without SKUs. In order for variation listings to import as products, all the variations must have a unique SKU number. If you do not have SKUs for your listings and variations, see here to learn more about setting them up: https://support.crazylister.com/en/articles/3488936-what-is-a-sku-and-how-to-use-it

  3. Your listings contain SKUs that already exist in the Products Catalog. Every unique product must have a unique SKU, so if you have multiple listings using the same SKU then all of those listings would import under a single product in the catalog. Please make sure to assign unique SKUs for each of your unique product listings: https://support.crazylister.com/en/articles/3488936-what-is-a-sku-and-how-to-use-it

Please review the three possible cases, update your account and/or listings accordingly, and run the import again.
